Cbda.ee wants to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. cbda.ee does not take responsibility for country-specific legal situations and does not provide legal advice. Please check the legal situation in your country as we cannot guarantee delivery. Please contact your local authorities to find out if we can deliver to your country.

If you pay by bank transfer, please remember to include your order number or contact person, otherwise the delivery time will be extended as we need to coordinate the orders.

If you want to return the product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the item. Your money will be returned within 14 days after we have received the product at cbda.ee. You must send an e-mail to info@cbda.ee and only after you have received a letter confirming your return, you can return the products. This email contains the address where you must return the product. Products must be returned new and in the same condition as they were delivered. Please include relevant bank and accounting details. And keep the postal receipt as proof of delivery. Customer is responsible for payment and shipping handling charges.

Upon arrival, carefully inspect the package to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit. All claims for damaged products must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt. We market our products that contain cannabidiol. We are committed to full compliance with FDA regulations, and since these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims of additional benefits associated with products containing cannabidiol. DELIVERY POLICY

Your order will be delivered to the address provided by the orderer. If one or more of the products you ordered are not available at the time you place your order, we will not be able to fulfill your order and will refund you in full. In this case, we will notify you immediately by e-mail. cbda.ee sends packages by regular mail and DPD. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges and must comply with the regulations for selling to that country.

cbda.ee products are legal in most places. As a consumer, it is your responsibility to be aware of local laws and regulations before ordering. Currently, many other countries allow the distribution and sale of cannabis-based products. Please contact your local authorities to find out if we can deliver to your country.

Orders placed during special offers or holidays will not be shipped. We do not ship orders on public holidays.

We ship via DPD or local post.

WARNING

We ship worldwide, but some countries have import regulations that may cause delays in shipping cannabis-based products.
